After 30 days, NO REFUND, EXCHANGE or CREDIT will be given.
-Item(s) must be unworn, no stains, no smells, no pet hair, tags attached with your receipt (original or copy). We reserve the right to refuse or give partial refund for any returned items, based on its condition.
-Want to exchange? There is not a guarantee we will have what you are wanting once we receive your return. Your best option is to make a new order!!
-Items not suitable for return: Sale items, S'Well Bottles, Monograms, Jewelry, Intimates (camis, bralettes, leggings, etc.), Hats, Sunglasses and Pre-Orders.
-Once return is received, please allow 2-3 business days to process. It can take up to 10 business days to see a refund put back onto your account (will be based on your bank).
-If receiving online credit, an email will be sent to you. Online credit cannot be used in store and store credit cannot be used online.
